Les Hauser from the Monitor will be here to take a picture of the 8^th grade Peer Helpers at 10:45 today.  Together, through dances, door days, contributions by others, work done at the Goldfield Reunion, and selling food and bully bracelets, the Peer Helpers were able to bring in a total of $4218.79 this year!  They will be giving $2000 away with Feed My Starving Children getting $800, Salvation Army of Iowa getting $500 and Mary’s Sharing and Caring Hands (homeless) getting $700.  The balance of the earnings will be spent on Valleyfair tickets, motels, gasoline, bus expense, etc.  A special thank you to the generous donations given by the Holmes Christmas Club and the Goldfield Presbyterian Church!
